Mr. Le Thanh Liem has been an Executive BOD member of Vinamilk since April 2017.He currently also is BOD member of Vietnam Sugar Joint Stock Company.

He is Executive Director – Finance, cum. Chief Accountant of Vinamilk. He has over 12 years working experiences in these roles at Finance – Accounting Division: Deputy Head of Accounting, Chief Accountant. From 1994 to 2003, he held different positions at Finance – Accounting Division of Vinamilk.

He holds Masters in Finance and International Business, Leeds Metropolitan University, UK (2012) and Bachelor in Economics, University of Finance – Accounting, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam (1994).

Ông là Thành viên HĐQT điều hành tại Vinamilk từ năm 2017. Hiện tại ông cũng là thành viên HĐQT, Công ty Cổ phần Đường Việt Nam.

Ông đảm nhiệm vị trí Giám đốc Điều hành Tài chính kiêm Kế toán trưởng từ năm 2015. Trước đó, ông đã có hơn 12 năm kinh nghiệm đảm nhận các vị trí quản lý tại phòng Tài chính – Kế toán tại Vinamilk như: Phó phòng Kế toán, Kế toán trưởng. Từ năm 1994 – 2003, ông trải qua nhiều vị trí khác nhau tại Phòng Tài chính – Kế toán, Công ty Vinamilk.

Ông sở hữu bằng Thạc sỹ Tài chính và Thương mại Quốc tế, Đại học Leeds Metropolitan (Anh Quốc),Cử nhân kinh tế, Đại học Tài chính Kế toán TP. HCM.

Mr. Bach is a Founding Chairman of the Vietnam CFO Club (VCFO). He is a gifted expert with over 20 years working in corporate governance and finance, of which, over 11 years as Chief Financial Officer for Multinational Corporations and Telecommunication Firms such as TNT, Hutchison Telecom, HT Mobile.

Mr. Bach is also a Founding Chairman of AsiaInvest Group; Board member and Deputy Secretary General of Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors (VACD); Vice Chairman of Hanoi Real Estate Association (HNREA); Board member of Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA); Director of Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA) 2012 - 2013; Area President for Asia of International Association of Financial Executives Institutes (IAFEI) 2012 – 2013.

Mr Lam has nearly 30 years of experience working with multinational corporations and Vietnam clientele in all business sectors. He specializes in providing clients in inbound investment, M&A advisory, local tax advice, custom duty review and other compliance issues relating to inbound investment.

Prior joining to RSM Vietnam (for 18 years), Lam has been with one of the Big 4 in Vietnam, Malaysia and Australia for 11 years, advising many multinational companies on their investment structuring, entry strategies, foreign investment regulations, international and local tax planning and compliance in various industries and other sectors.

Lam is currently charge of RSM Vietnam’s tax and consulting practice providing local tax and customs compliance, outsourcing and advisory services to foreign investors entering into and operating Vietnam. He has also represented various companies and industries in their representations to local authorities in matters relating to foreign investment and taxation policies and interpretations.

Lâm hiện là Phó Tổng Giám đốc điều hành dịch vụ thuế và tư vấn RSM Việt Nam, chuyên cung cấp dịch vụ tuân thủ TP, thuế địa phương và tuân thủ hải quan, dịch vụ thuê ngoài và tư vấn cho các nhà đầu tư nước ngoài tại Việt Nam. Ông Lâm đại diện cho nhiều công ty khác nhau làm việc với các cơ quan thuế và các cơ quan hữu quan trong các vấn đề liên quan đến đầu tư nước ngoài và chính sách thuế.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holder of MBA and Ph.D degrees and participant in executive programs, Dr. Conchita L. Manabat studied at the University of the Philippines, the Ateneo de Manila University, the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute, the Harvard Business School and Pennsylvania State University. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Dr. Conchita L. Manabat is the President of Development Center for Finance and is a member of the Consultative Advisory Group (CAG) for the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA) and the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB). She is a past and so far, the only woman Chair of IAFEI where she now serves as Chair of its Advisory Council.

Dr. Manabat founded the Deloitte firm in the Philippines where she retired as Chair in 2007. She once served as Chair of the Board of Accountancy of the Professional Regulation Commission, the chief regulator of the accountancy profession in the Philippines.
